A family of 6, had vouchers to come here. One of our party has coeliac disease . I had a Quick Look at the menu online, couldn’t see much so I rang and spoke to a lady and said that my husband is coeliac and requires gluten free options, can you advise. She told me to look on line! Surely the staff should be trained on this, especially with allergies. Lost our business that day and in the future. Went to Harvester Cwmbran instead, who were fantastic.

Excellent festive menu with great food and service. One of my guests, who is coeliac, really appreciated the gluten free menu and the care taken by the staff to make sure she was catered for. She particularly loved her gluten free banoffee pie.
