B Bagels

These are great fluffy bagels with exactly the right amount of exterior crunch. I do the sausage, egg, and cheese and it outcompetes many of the beloved NYC spots. Unlike a lot of places, they even give you some cheese options, the smoked Gouda is excellent. They even have gluten free which makes it an easy place to take friends. I also love the muffins and Balthazar pastries. The owners are super nice and extroverted which helps the whole place have a great vibe. My only complaint is they are so popular it can be a bit crowded at peak times. I would love an online order-ahead option to pick up quickly, but I don’t know if they could do that without the whole place becoming a delivery biker nightmare scene. This place is awesome awesome and something downtown JC desperately needed. So glad it’s part of the neighborhood!

Absolutely delicious bagels! Pretty quick service. Not really any where to sit inside. There are some railings to lean on, but if it’s crowded it’s hard because the line is there. Looks like there are some benches outside. Did not order but they seem to have gluten free bagels and vegan cream cheese options
