I will share my opinion on the yeast buns and rolls, because that's what I bought. As a celiac, my dream was to eat a real yeast bun not wrapped in foil. A real bun with a crispy crust. Only gluten-free people who don't have such a bakery in their city will understand what I'm writing about 😉 My croissants and yeast buns differed only in filling and shape because the dough was the same, but that didn't matter. They were delicious. I envy celiacs in Warsaw this bakery. Next time I visit the capital, it will be a must-try. Thank you and I recommend it. It wasn't cheap, but the croissant with pistachio filling is worth it 😉

This bread should not have been sold to me at all. From the perspective of a customer who does not pack the goods, it was not visible that the bread (sourdough-buckwheat-sunflower) was not suitable for use. A mess in the middle, wet on the bottom, underbaked, did not rise, the top fell off although the sunflower seeds on top were burnt. Something like this should not have been sold at all and for anyone who knows even a little about baking - it is obvious. I threw money down the drain :/ in Warsaw there is only gluten-free "O mother with a daughter", I regret that passing by "Bez" I was tempted to experiment.
