Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

One of the major reasons I come to Bertuccis in Swampscott is to enjoy the fabulous service provided by Trish at the bar. No request is ever too much for her and she always makes you feel at home and very welcomed. She rocks. I also love the food here. I am gluten free and there are so many options including the new cauliflower pizza crusts. As well, the oven roasted eggplant parmigiana is scrumptious. I don’t want to forget to mention The manager Gary. He is always so attentive to the customers and obviously supportive to the staff. It’s a good feeling. I do miss a lunch portion of eggplant parmesan... For a chain restaurant, the food remains quite good.

Excellent , but if you have no gluten free options, it would be nice if you allowed subtitutions
