Lovely smooth creamy gelato, great flavours. Very gluten free friendly, when I told the girl I had celiac disease she washed the scoop with soap and then got my scoop from the back of the dish where it was untouched. This is fantastic practice for celiacs, thank you Blue Cow Gelato!
