We have been dining regularly at Butcher's since it opened ~ 15 years ago. They have never disappointed us. The atmosphere is comfortable yet elegant, and there is something on the menu to suit everyone's taste. The quality of food and service is top notch. All of the staff - hostesses, busboys, wait staff and managers work cohesively to ensure that each visit is a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. It can get busy in there, so we often dine early or late to avoid the large crowd. If you are visiting Park City and want to enjoy a special and memorable dinner, this is the place! Added bonus - they can successfully accommodate people with food sensitivities and Celiac disease. We have never been glutened there in all of these years.
