Chace's Pancake Corral

Everything about our experience was fantastic from the customer service with the waitress to the food. BEST GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES I have ever had. (They have a separate gluten free menu so make sure you ask for it). They were the fluffiest, best tasting pancakes. One of my pancakes wasn’t quite done which I didn’t realize but the waitress did and was not having it, she took it straight back and gave us one to go too. Adjusted our bill- we didn’t ask for any of it. The waitress was also very attentive even though it was quite busy. Our water glasses stayed filled and same with my coffee. I could not have asked for a better experience and we will def be making this one of our stops every time we travel through. Highly recommend- especially if Gluten Free!

I love a good relaxed place to have breakfast with a friend and this is definitely one of them. Diner style breakfasts with a variety of options. The pancakes are scrumptious. I have a gluten allergy and not only did they have an entire menu for gluten free items, they were very knowledgeable about food allergies and willing to cater to my needs. Their fried eggs were perfect and their potato pancakes were unique and delicious. My partner ordered their basic pancakes and she was in heaven. Lauren is a sweetheart an exceptional waitress. We only wish it was open longer but that's the trouble with any great brunch place. I highly recommend Chace's Pancake Corral to anybody looking for a good breakfast.
