There were some amazing finds- gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc. Some prices were better than the larger healthy food stores. Huge selection of supplements. Be prepared to hunt for what you want though. The layout is a little awkward and some aisles are not well lit. People were friendly, but the atmosphere and decor could use some brightening.
