Jordan made my son and I very welcome when we came for lunch today. He greeted us professionally and I advised him my son is Coeliac. Jordan then gave us the gluten free menu and explained how the kitchen accommodates this. This made me feel immediately at ease as my son is really sensitive when it comes to gluten. Vicky served us at the table with a lovely smile. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Excellent meal at the Chapelford tonight and great service from Julie and Claire who really looked after us. The children's play area is a great addition. Gluten free options on the menu. Will definitely be back.
