Went in Monday night to get my son a gluten free fish and chips - staff were very friendly, helpful and safe, asking if the gluten free things would go in a separate bag etc which not all places ask! Waited maximum 10 mins. Very happy.

I commend the fact that on Mon/Tue they offer Gluten Free food (cooked and stored separately) and this was our reason to visit, however the experience left plenty to be desired. We wanted only the chicken (already cooked) plus gluten free chips and a BBQ burger. From ordering to receiving the food was well over 30 minutes, time we had to stand there watching people arrive, order, pay, collect and leave with their food time and time again. If we had ordered something exceptional or special/unusual, I could accept it, but the team seemed ill informed for the gluten free service they were offering, making many mistakes for numerous customers as we waited patiently. It was a pretty painful experience if I'm completely honest. A shame really, because it's a great idea, just poorly implemented. 3 stars for a great idea, I just wish the execution matched the intention.
