Poor food, poor staff and lied about Gluten free options.
Told they had Gluten free pasta, but after we ordered told they had none. Changed options but never trusted them. Frito Misto arrived and after eating a little we found what looked like plastic inside the food - clearly frozen pre chopped food that was then battered. Staff tried to convince us this was normal.
Considering the placement and prominence of the place, and their clear attempts to make it a ‘high class venue’ they fail distinctly in both output and staff performance.
