Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa

1)Stay: -Hotel has a boutique set up, with full five star oceanfront amenities within steps from your room door! -Any isssues or help needed Shakira and Kianda at the front desk make it all so easy and are super helpful! 2)Beach: (2) A)Direct access to ocean from Adults Only “Harmony” section with multiple oceanfront chairs, never a moment we couldn’t get a chair. There is seaweed on this side, but you can still easily swim or enjoy the ocean breeze. B)To left of Splash Side (All Ages) of resort there is the amazing Paradise Beach. Chairs, Tables, Umbrellas, Full Service Bar right on beach w/ seating, great music, Hammocks on beach & in water are all just 3 min walk from hotel lobby. You can even rent a cabana on beach for $100 for the day elevated w/ bed inside and lounge chairs on deck. 3)Pool: (2 sides) A)All Ages Splash Side: -Multiple pools including water slides, lazy river with tubes, lagoon style pool with the largest swim up bar I have ever seen at a resort, games, live entertainment & many inside pool little dinettes with stools and table to enjoy drinks whilst in the pool! B)Harmony Adults Only: -Three pools with heated Hot tub, adult only pool bar, adult only Foam Party, poolside beverage service & all chairs at pool have ocean views. Beds with Thatched roofs are included in addition to regular lounges. @Donna D, provides amazing beverage service while you enjoy your chair at Harmony wide! ***Either pool side, plenty of chairs available in sun or shade anytime time of day, with complete ocean views within 1 min walk to bar, 2 min walk to food & all hotel rooms. I have NEVER seen a heated Jacuzzi in Caribbean, and there are two huge ones overlooking ocean here, one adult only. Food is impeccable! It’s all non chemical European standard real food! A)Buffet: -Special fresh made crepe station, Eggs Benedict Station, Made to order juice bar, Gluten Free Pastry section & Vegan section. Upon breakfast entrance, proper French champagne awaits you w/ Mimosa and Bloody Mary station @ entry into Buffett. At dinner, buffet has all the top champagnes and wines out for you to enjoy and pour freely at station. B)Vegan & Gluten Free: -Special stations at buffet & even snack bar has a Vegan & GF menu. Most I have seen anywhere in world! C)Sit Down Dining: -As we were only here 2 days, I didn’t get to experience sit down restaurants. However, we did get to attend the Tuesday BBQ & country music night. The food and entertainment was beyond. Truly one of the coolest dining experiences I have had at any all inclusive! I don’t even like BBQ food & it wasn’t your typical American Blah Blah Bque. The voices & accents of the singers performing the country music was amazing!!!! -I do know they have an Italian, Caribbean & Sushi restaurant available for included dining & two other oceanfront restaurant available to book at extra cost. D)Flip Flops Snack Bar: -Located at Splash pool bar. Amazing food, and not unhealthy fast food. The lamb gyro and Greek salad were beyond. Fish sandwich of the day, you can’t miss! E)Jerk Chicken Tree House: -Enjoy Jerk Chicken, sausage or fish with fresh made sides overlooking pool and Paradise Beach, dining in an actual treehouse! F)Bars: -Multiple bars everywhere! All top shelf at most bars. If you want top shelf Tequila, Patron is only available at Lobby Bar. And they make the best Espresso Martini w/ Patron there served by the amazing Dre. @Kamale makes the best frozen drinks @ Harmony pool bar with the fabulous Donna D serving. G)Rooms: The rooms are all modern with all white and black fixtures, Beach Chic vibe. G)Tours: -Multiple tours available at hotel lobby desk or from tour guides on beach. I was able to get a taxi for 1-4 people leaving hotel to visit Sugar Beach & view the Pitons for $100 total there & back & taxi would wait as long as you like. Drive was an hour each way. 🥥 Coconut Bay has is your Demure Silent Luxury Beach Chic getaway!

What an amazing experience we had at Coconut Bay! We took a mother/daughter besties high school graduation trip and loved every minute of our time at Coconut Bay! So many great pool and lounge options from around the pool, facing the ocean or on the beach and even hammocks over the ocean! My daughter is gluten-free and had great options at the buffet for all the meals and she loved the gluten free desserts too. The entertainment and the entertainment staff is top-notch! We had tons of fun with Gillie and team with tons of dancing, games and overall fun! We were there for 4-1/2 days and still didn't even get to experience everything the resort had to offer. If I'm ever headed back to St. Lucia I'll be back to Coconut Bay without a doubt!!
