First visit to the Cross foxes food was great and service very good, price was reasonable, the bonus was they had a gluten free ice cream as well as vegan and gluten free on rhe main menu, also small portions were available. Lovely setting by the river and a swing for our 7 year old. We'll be back.

I'm writing this review as I have only just arrived home and, with being registered Coeliac, I can only tell you tomorrow if they actually DO cater for a gluten free diet !!! Though it was a day of MANY storms, you can tell that the Cross Foxes would be VERY popular on a hot Summers day as the setting is idyllic. Staff were very friendly and food was excellent (though I thought my £26 steak was a bit overpriced) and please see my pics. Da iawn iawn i bawb yna !!! MW
