(let a very demanding celiac tell you this!) The menu follows seasonality, enhancing local products. From fresh pasta first courses to meats cooked to perfection (or served on hot cast iron plates), up to vegetable side dishes from the garden and homemade desserts: every bite tells the gastronomic story of Puglia. Here we work with passion and without shortcuts: the dishes are freshly prepared by the Chef and if the slightest mistake occurs (which can only happen to those who work) it receives the correct attention with the dedication of those who truly believe in quality. An experience to be repeated: the location is decentralized but easy to reach and with dedicated parking. The spaces are welcoming and accessible to all. The children found the presence of tables in a bus very funny. Impeccable service, courtesy and maximum availability. Good dishes that respect tradition.
