Dave & Buster's Springdale - Cincinnati

It was a good first time going for our family. Kids really enjoyed the games, thinking a out having a birthday party there. We really enjoyed the food menu, they have gluten free options for those people that need it. I got the bone in buffalo wings that were delicious. The only thing that I will say is they definitely need more staff, they had 1 lady serving the entire food area and 1 lady working in the ticket booth. The food did come out fast so that was a plus, but I felt bad for the 1 lady who was all by herself running around. Over all it was fun for the kids and we spent alot of money.

My family had fun at Dave and Busters. If you are planning on going with kids, go between 12-3 after that it starts to get crowded. We also ate a late lunch there and I appreciated the chance for a lettuce bun in place of the regular bun due to a gluten allergy. My food also came out covered so not to be accidentally glutened and I also appreciate that. Why 4 stars? I didnt have a bad experience but due to covid the menu has shrunk considerably and yes I found something to eat just wish there were more options.
