Overall it was a great dining experience and will definitely be returning!
I enjoyed a variety of dishes even as someone who cannot eat gluten.
The highlight of my meal was the Muscovy duck breast from the antipasti menu. It was cooked perfectly. For the bread service, I had actually good gluten free bread that was served with truffle butter and the house olive oil was absolutely the best I have had. We even bought a bottle ($50) to take home.
This was preceded by the chef’s choice canapés, which had gluten free substitutions for my restriction.
The ragu had a gluten free pasta option, which was my choice on the primi menu. The gluten free pasta itself was a bit tough, but that’s a problem the plagues all gf pasta. The ragu itself was delicious.
On the secondi menu, I tried the lobster dish which was nice.
The evening was ended with petit-fours, and the raspberry dessert and the chef’s take on Fererro Rocher were amazing.
The specialty cocktails were good but a tad overpriced. We had Thyme is Money and Occhio de Mare (which was fascinating!)
