This place is so, so very good. When you walk into a restaurant at lunchtime and see the place just packed as the servers address their regulars by name, you know you're in a good restaurant. Their food is awesome, served in generous portions, and priced modestly. If you've never been and you want to give them a try, you need to order their "cha gio" (like crispy, rice-paper wrapped eggrolls served with lettuce for wrapping and a deliciously tangy dipping sauce) for an appetizer and either their Spicy Chicken or Spicy Beef for an entree; don't be frightened by the "spicy" designation, as it's nothing that will burn your mouth off, it just has a bit of a kick. They toss the protein in a light, caramelized glaze and sear it in a pan, served with white steamed or fried rice. We're talking seriously delicious food here! They are also willing to accommodate my fiance's gluten sensitivity. If you've never tried Vietnamese food or think that it sounds too exotic or intimidating, just go check them out! You won't regret it!
