(Review from a Coeliac) Such a beautiful experience here with my partner. The service was second to none, we won a meat tray 30 minutes into arriving which was crazy. The food was great, my only negative (from another wise faultless dinner) was that the gluten free burger bun was a bit dry. That could have been on my part, I could have asked for some extra sauce to use. However, in saying that, gluten free buns at the best of times can be dry, so I won’t hold that against you. Also, $2 for gluten free option is amazing, most places charge $5-$10. I also note, I was told the owner and his daughter are coeliac too. That brought me great comfort that everything was taken seriously (separate fryers for gluten free items). Overall, great place to go for dinner. If you’re there at the right time you might see some cute dogs having some dinner too! Thank you for a beautiful evening, we will be back.

We have a coeliac in our family and the team at East Village were great and have a gluten free fryer for chips 💚 GF burger Patty was terrific!
