Eggingtons is by far the best place to eat breakfast in Casper Wyoming. White linens on the tables, smiles as you enter. Efficient service. But the main reason to eat out is the food. On my first visit to eggington’s a year ago, I thought it was divine. But over the course of a full year and many visits, the quality of the food has gone remarkably down. The French toast were stale and lukewarm at best. Gluten free pancakes were crumbly and then turned to mush. I ordered three egg scrambled breakfast and got the tiniest portion of scrambled eggs yet. I complained that I was paying for three and got one. The wait staff insisted that I got three eggs. Also the eggs looked and tasted as if they were poured from egg substitute cartons. The fruit was soft and clearly not fresh. The coffee was unremarkable. It’s just mediocre. The service and linens lead one to believe the food must be exceptional and good. It’s not.

I was visiting family in Casper, and I'm from Portland, so I was looking for a place with fun options and gluten free options, and this place came up! It was REALLY good! The servers are so awesome and kind, they have a ton of variety and choices, and I got the vegetarian frittata with potatoes with gluten free toast. It was just as good as a restaurant here in a big city! It was VERY busy, so the locals know this is a good spot. I got mine to go since it was only me eating, and they were even quicker than I thought, I got my food in about 15 minutes. I recommend showing up about 30 minutes earlier than you plan to eat, because it's packed. I will definitely be back when I am back in town!

Although food was excellent and came as ordered was just a little lacking .., no expert and I get people nowadays get used to not having that Ma'-Pa' taste with all the regulations n all n I'm sure did the best anyone can do with simple breakfast being as there hands are tied from the "no gluten, GMO's , blah blah " folks. It might very well be my fault as well I had heard SOO many raves about this establishment hopes may have been a bit elevated. The wait staff was top notch!!! However some unknowns had their way of not being welcoming whatsoever. All this aside food was ok.., staff was exceptional in my immediate area, but seems even at 558am the lack of my 3 piece , or pocket watch seemed a topic for sure.. haha all's well of course I've experienced such before, rather funny to which I had a good time with but my let's say better half little less. Ooh almost forgot..., some of the weirdest off the wall artworks but cool
