Truly amazing meal. Fresh, great taste, excellent service, and fantastic drinks. My mom is celiac and enjoyed the risotto and I had the bison meatball pasta. You will not be dissapointed with the flavor and fresh products.

The Elita Restaurant in Canmore, Alberta was a delightful surprise, as the first place that we had lunch after arriving in Canada. The food was excellent and the service was extraordinarily personalized. The restaurant’s proprietor regaled us with stories before and after preparing and serving a delicious meal. The variety available accommodated all of our diverse needs—from gluten-free to vegetarian and beyond. A great bonus was the opportunity to support the efforts of the Ukrainian people to retain their freedom.

Great food. Lots of choices for food particular folks (gluten free, vegetarian and meat eaters). Pierogis were excellent. Owner's story an added bonus.
