This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in years. First of all, kudos to them for participating in Morristown's EAT FOR IMPACT. Their gluten free and vegan Pasta Primavera was amazing with the most luscious sauce and melange of fresh vegetables that were cooked to perfection. The corn pasta from Italy was easily the best pasta I've ever had. The excellent Mushroom Risotto, made even better with lovely balsamic, offered the most luscious mushrooms and endive. The service was wonderful. The people are attentive and friendly. I especially appreciated the improvised vegan / gluten free pear dessert. They made us feel so welcome. I will absolutely come here again. Enzo's, please always keep a vegan and gluten free dish on the menu!
