Where's the insides? Good gluten free bread but my sandwich was lacking insides

Fantastic service! I ordered delivery from them a couple days ago.... I wasn’t sure if the bread was gluten free, as I’ve had E&G’s before and it looked different to me.... I called them back to ask if they remembered whether they used gluten free bread and he actually offered to bring me a new sub just to make me feel more comfortable! I have severe allergies so it’s nice to see them take me seriously, as a lot of places don’t. The manager, David, actually delivered the second sub himself.. I will definitely be back!
