Had a lovely visit to Fire & Smoke, they were just preparing the food and not officially open but still took the time to speak with us about the food (one of us is a coeliac) and looking into allergens within the sauces. A big portion of the menu is suitable for gluten free and items such as the chips are fried separately from the breaded chicken. It is definitely a place we will be frequenting and look forward to trying the many different foods.
