Due to limited food choices in Walterboro where someone with celiac disease can eat, thankfully there's Fat Jack's. I love their salmon, always grilled how I like it, and very reasonably priced. While there may not be gluten free food specifically for those of us who need to eat gluten free, they still have a wide selection of food that's naturally gluten free. My husband and I eat there frequently, love it!
