I'm a Celiac and it's very challenging to get GOOD gluten free pizza. Firehouse has many GF choice for a 10" pie. The crust is thin and the cook on the pizza was perfect. I enjoyed the Cowboy...it was GREAT! Unfortunately, I don't have this restaurant in Sandy, UT. But if you happen to be traveling on I-15 nearing Bringham City and want to know of a good place for GF pizza, "this is the place!"

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while!!! My grandma suggested this restaurant and I was not disappointed! Although it was quite busy, we got sat immediately and the service was very quick. Our waiter, Roberto did a great job! Can’t forget to mention that many menu items are gluten free and delicious!

We love firehouse pizza. We come here regularly. The food is great and the staff are always super friendly. Also kids eat free Tuesday evenings we highly recommend this restaurant! We also. They have my wife's favorite gluten free crust too.
