Five Guys Harlow Water Gardens

I’ve ordered from this Five Guys location before, but today was especially great! As someone who is gluten intolerant, I always get a cheese and lettuce sandwich without the bun, and this was the best one yet. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly balanced, making it one of the best cheese lettuce sandwiches I’ve had. I placed my order online, and it was ready by the time I arrived. I wanted extra cheese (which isn’t an option on the app), and Tino went out of his way to add it for me. His kindness and great customer service made my visit even better. Thank you, Tino, and Five Guys! Today’s experience was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back. 💯🔥

Firstly I never post reviews, partner was shocked when I said I need to leave a review. Obviously visited harlow five guys, and as my partner ordered a burger and small fries I asked the the server if the fries are gluten free (I can't have gluten) and he said they was, once he started to make the order he came over and asked me if It would be ok if he put the fries in a different bag so they are not near the burger. Just like to say thank you to the server Euwan( sorry if i spelt that wrong) for being so considerate and thoughtful,
