Frothy Rooster

I just had my first lunch at Frothy Rooster and it will definitely not be my last! I had the Peanut Salad with salmon add-on, slightly modified to accommodate my gluten intolerance. The salad was fresh and delicious! Very tasty and healthful, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Service was way above par, considering that this is a “Panera style” ordering experience. Unlike Panera, an associate came out to take my order as I stood in line (think Chic-Fil-A) and she answered all of my detailed questions about ingredients. Quick and friendly ordering process, and unlike Panera experience, they brought food and beverage to my table. I had. Mimosa, top notch, and there is full bar service. This is my new fav lunch spot in Hickory!
