Fruibies Organic Juice Bar & Cafe Kuranda, Cairns

The only restaurant open after 2pm and the best gluten free pizza I ever had. Even my daughter loved it, without knowing it was gluten / dairy free… Bref, a paradise in a highly touristic place (and it’s an euphemism) and on top of that, the staff is super nice ! Highly recommend it.

Restaurant offers ordering through your phone. We used this option and so did the couple sitting next to us. We waited over an hour for our food when it wasn’t overly busy. Went to question where our food was and one meal had been sitting on the counter for over 20 minutes and the other one wasn’t made because they didn’t have the gluten free wrap but didn’t even come and ask us. I have no idea what they thought the outcome was going to be with that but the workers seemed to lack care in general. The couple next to us had made the workers aware that they were missing a burger. Same thing happened to them it was sitting there for 30 minutes at least and the workers said the chips would be bad now but didn’t offer a refund when it was their fault. I heard the worker respond to numerous customers in a dismissive and rude way. I don’t know why she works in customer service when she clearly doesn’t enjoy it. Wouldn’t recommend going to this place as it is also overpriced for what you get.
