We don't go because of it but the entire menu is gluten free. They offer vegetarian options in addition to the regular ones.
We go slightly out of our way when passing through Atlanta from north Georgia just to get the fresh noodle pho. They have thin noodles or the thick fresh noodles.
I get the shrimp in beef broth. I always have enough leftover to take a large to go soup container home. Today my husband got the chicken and egg roll rice plate. In addition to the rice, chicken, and egg rolls, it has a small salad of lettuce, carrot, and diakon radish. He said it was really delicious. We tried Rainbow Bean Dessert (Chè Bày Mào) for the first time. My husband wasn't fond of it because he doesn't like coconut. He did like the mung bean in it. I thought it pretty good. My favorite part was the sweet coconut milk and the rainbow jelly. The bean part wasn't bad just different.
