The welcome was very pleasant, in a friendly manner.
Unfortunately the rest was not so pleasant.
Restaurant: satisfactory choices. The waiter was pleasant, attentive and caring unlike his colleague who was unfriendly when I asked for gluten-free choices. My intolerance is quite penalizing for me on a daily basis, the least is to sympathize especially coming from a professional.
Room: We paid for two nights comforts including wifi and air conditioning… nothing was indicated to us so we were not able to use the air conditioning and wifi which was otherwise inaccessible. Not to mention that we didn't have any shower products available. I was told that it would have been enough to ask to resolve all these points. Well, I start from the principle that when you pay for a service, it is served... having traveled a long way, I don't want to have to worry about my accommodation when I arrive... The whole point of booking a hotel room
Overall, I recommend the hotel and the restaurant if everything is in place for 100% service and especially if the place has its charm.
