HINODEYA Ramen 680 Clay

As loyal patrons of Hinodeya Ramen Bar, we appreciate their commitment to offering high-quality vegan and gluten-free options. While they have various locations in San Francisco, this was our first visit to this particular one. We ordered the Creamy Vegan Ramen, which was beautifully presented, as seen in the photo. The vegetables were exceptionally fresh, the broth had a perfectly balanced consistency, and the crispy kale added a delightful textural contrast. The portion was also quite generous, we were full. Service was great—Bun and the rest of the team were attentive, well mannered and accommodating. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of outdoor seating for those who prefer dining al fresco. With such consistently excellent food and service, Hinodeya Ramen Bar remains a favorite, and we will definitely return.

This place had good ramen, decent service, and good vibes. But nothing to write home about and wouldn’t g out of my way to return. Basically if you want some reliably good ramen for a good (but not great) value and you’re in the area, go for it. They have gluten free noodles and vegan options which is always nice for those who need it.
