I'm referring to the packaged, gluten-free products, e.g., Baumkuchen (tree cake). I find the products super delicious, packaged humanely, and more than reasonable in price. Simply fantastic! Please keep it up.

I would like to make public my great disappointment about the change in farmer's bread slices. We finally found a gluten-free bread that stands out from other manufacturers. We accepted the thickness of the slices because you could cut through them. And now it has been changed to “Rustic Farmer’s Bread”, which can no longer be compared with the old recipe, even though I had been told in advance that it would only be changed slightly. All I can say is, stay away from it unless you want a loaf of bread to suck on.
