Hattie B's Hot Chicken - Nashville - West

I had an exceptional experience at Hattie B’s! The service was top-notch, thanks to Marshall, who was incredibly professional and helpful. He went out of his way to assist me in finding gluten-free options, making my dining experience worry-free. The area was clean and spotless, with staff constantly working to clean up right after someone finished eating. It made for a very pleasant dining environment. The food was amazing! I highly recommend the hot chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese—you won’t regret it.

This place was awesome! I have celiac and was worried about finding safe food while traveling, but all of the staff clearly have training in place when it comes to GF food. One thing to look out for, the menu says the fries are GF, but they are not in a dedicated GF fryer.

I’ve been going here for years and I must say they never skip a beat. The food is amazing and consistently that way. They are also gluten free friendly which is important for people who have celiac disease. The service is always fast and friendly. This is really a must go place in Nashville!
