Visited this store on a few occasions during the weekdays. Nice Seating area, good staff and gluten free options. Suzana was very accomadating and friendly.

I just ordered from heavenly desserts I have an intolerance to gluten which is serious to a lot of people if consumed I specifically ordered a gluten free strawberry waffle and my sister ordered a normal strawberry waffle. As shown in the picture both waffles look identical. There is no indication of which order is gluten free, this is not only a serious issue but also very damaging to my health if consumed. I find it shocking the store is not labelling intolerance orders like gluten and nut allergies. This should be addressed immediately by the head office and adequate training provided to the members of staff. I am very much disappointed in the service but even more concerned about the lack of safety protocol not being followed by the store. Please can someone address this immediately to avoid a serious issue in the future.
