Heritage Natural Market

I had an unfortunate experience today at this store (March 10), I purchased chocolate chip (gluten free) and was so excited that I immediately opened them in the car but to my disgust I could see through the cellophane wrap that the chocolate had melted all over the cookies and packaging. They looked terrible! I returned to the store and was told I had to return at 2:30 when the Manager was there. NOW I had to go home and return. At 2:30 I phoned and learned no returns because I had opened the box. The inside had not been opened. I was spoken to rudely..."because I raised my voice" ...I go there frequently and am saddened that now I don't have another store for other needed purchaes. There is much more to the story that I won't go into but I'm guessing I'll have to order all other products from Amazon now. BTW the Manager was to phone me back. I'll see how long that takes if ever. WHY I don't know when she already told me she wouldn't take them back. "IN ADDITION THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 50 OR 60 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS UNTIL MINE!!!" I hope someone from the store reads ALL these reviews!

Absolutely love this store!! Employees are attentive. They have everything: vitamins, supplements, organic foods, gluten free products, a small cafe.
