Excellent ramen on SI with good vegetarian options. I ordered the vegetable ramen which tasted delicious and flavorful. They also have gluten free ramen noodles. I really appreciated how the ramen was packaged for my delivery so that the noodles stayed fresh.
I also ordered the hibachi tofu which came with a fried spring roll. The only minor issue was that the fried spring roll came in the same bowl as the tofu, rice, and vegetables, so it was soggy and not crispy. It was still good however, so I'll definitely order from Hitto again next time.
