Great stay and they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The entire f&b team have been great and accommodating to my dietary requirements. As a gluten free and halal customer, they always attended to my needs in a swift manner. Diana and Nita were great as well as much as the broader team!

Stayed here for 3 nights midweek for 2 days at Legoland. Overall great staff make up for the shortcomings of the property. After we eventually found the hotel after various diversions (it would have been nice to have had an email about the work and directions) quick check in and very friendly. Room quite large unfortunately bath had some enamel coming away so some maintenance issues. We also had a lamp where the plug wouldn't fit any socket in the room! We only had breakfast which had plenty of choice Inc gluten free and alternative milks. Housekeeping were very helpful when we had a small issue.
