I would especially like to emphasize the kitchen team's tremendous efforts to provide gluten-free meals (I have celiac disease). Throughout my entire week of vacation, whenever necessary, highly creative and delicious gluten-free alternatives were devised, homemade, and served for the five-course dinner menus: from gluten-free quiche and gluten-free Maultaschen to minestrone with gluten-free pasta.
