Having to eat gluten-free, I ordered gluten friendly pancakes and they were amazing! The staff was ultra considerate about letting me know the process and a little longer prep time but it really is worth the wait. This is the only restaurant I know of in my area that serves GF pancakes. Ihop will become a regular stop for me from now on (even though I live 15 miles away).
