JYOTO isn't just a sushi restaurant—it’s an experience built on passion, intention, and care. From the moment we walked in, the team welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for the entire evening. Though Toshi is the owner and clearly a master of his craft, last night it was America who took the lead behind the sushi bar—and she absolutely blew us away. Every dish she created was thoughtful, beautifully balanced, and tailored perfectly to our gluten-free needs. Her attention to detail and creativity made every bite something special. Jenny worked closely alongside her, helping craft each roll. Angie (we adore her!), Carlos, and the rest of the team made the evening even better with their kindness, attentiveness, and great conversation. We didn’t catch every name, but every single person contributed to making the night memorable. The heart they put into their food and service truly shines. This wasn’t just dinner—it was an experience. We’ll definitely be back, and we can’t recommend JYOTO highly enough.
