Though Toshi is the owner and clearly a master of his craft, last night it was America who took the lead behind the sushi bar—and she absolutely blew us away. Every dish she created was thoughtful, beautifully balanced, and tailored perfectly to our gluten-free needs. Her attention to detail and creativity made every bite something special. Jenny worked closely alongside her, helping craft each roll.
Angie (we adore her!), Carlos, and the rest of the team made the evening even better with their kindness, attentiveness, and great conversation. We didn’t catch every name, but every single person contributed to making the night memorable.
