I am gluten free and the care that every employee took to prepare my sandwich was perfect! After I ordered my sandwich, they wiped down the slicer, changed their gloves and made sure the bread was on its own paper. Every employee changed their gloves when they touched my sandwich and they had a separate knife to cut the bread. I can't say enough how confident I feel eating here. I will definitely be back!
