We dined in at Kruse and Muer in The Village on March 25th, my husband's birthday. It was incredibly disappointing and ended up making both of us unwell. The 8-piece gluten-free pizza was excessively greasy (I tried soaking up some of the grease with a napkin) and salty. We've never eaten a greasy gluten-free pizza before, making this experience even more surprising and unpleasant. The greasy gf pizza caused both my husband and me to have aching stomachs, significant acid reflux with grease coming up in our mouths several times. It worsened my gastritis to the point where I could barely sleep, even after taking baking soda. Despite friendly initial interactions with some waitstaff, the lousy food, the quality and value were terrible and harmful to our health. Spending a significant amount of money on a birthday dinner (even with a gift card) for such underwhelming portions, arrogant, rude service regarding the pasta, and the discomfort from the food and physical distress is unacceptable. We won’t be returning. A full refund is warranted. The amount of gluten free pasta we each had was a shockingly small portion, and was overpriced for $20.79 each. It’s served in oversized bowls to make it seem like you the customer are getting more pasta than you actually are. The Alfredo sauce was thin, salty, overly buttery. We were also only given one small gluten-free roll each. Our server was dismissive and arrogant when we asked for more pasta, stating it "depends on what the kitchen staff decides." Another server was surprised by the small portions of pasta we had for $20 each x2 is $40!

I ordered a gluten free pizza. The person picking it up for me had to wait 45 minutes past the pickup time for a cold pizza. When the person picking it up for me ask for the money back, they said it just came up, the box wasn't even warm! We know this is not their normal service.

My wife is gluten sensitive and was challenged to get appropriate main dishes.
