La Cité Suspendue

An absolutely wonderful stay at the Hanging City. First of all the style, the decoration, the atmosphere where you are immersed, the impeccable cleanliness without forgetting the very present staff, smiling and incredibly responsive to complaints. On the catering side there is something for all tastes, quantity and quality to be found! (small suggestion for possible improvement: think about people with gluten intolerance by adding gluten-free products and it will be absolutely perfect) We will therefore come back for a future stay. thank you to the entire suspended city team.

Very nice hotel, well designed. The rooms are a good size, well equipped, clean and really very quiet. The children's corner is a real cocoon. The area is beautiful and relaxing. Very professional and efficient welcome. The staff is really friendly. A broken switch problem at 10 p.m. and the technical team responded in less than 15 minutes. The evening buffet restaurant is original, pleasant, well stocked with varied tastes. A slight downside, when you are intolerant to gluten or lactose it is difficult to find a dessert apart from roasted fruit (very good). In short, a great stay, great staff, nice place. A little expensive though but with offers it's better.
