Fabulous little place in the center of Bologna, super suitable for celiacs, we ate the real small gluten-free Bolognese tortellini with parmesan cream. Very friendly staff and owner. Ballanzoni and tagliatelle Bolognese, not for celiacs, fabulous and also an appetizer of cold cuts and fried gnocco equally phenomenal.....go there, it's worth it...really

Small place with excellent traditional Bolognese cuisine, best to book. We ate fettuccine with Bolognese ragù and escaped birds with sauce (stuffed rolls), both also in gluten-free versions, as well as vegetable side dishes: all really good. To try.
