Dont order from here if you are gluten free or have a serious food allergy
They have been lying to customers.
For months I have been ordering the chicken pho and asking them to have it gluten free from Wolt. Today I forgot to add the food allergy so I had to call. When I called a new worker told me there was absolutely no way the dish could be made gluten free which was news to me.
I had asked a few times and been told it was possible and they had fulfilled my order. In previous conversations they assured me it was gf even.
My allergy can take a few days to manifest or be quick depending on the amount I take. When it is a trace ingredient it is a slower reaction. It was unfair of them to have poisoned me but I hope that anyone reading this knows that you can not trust this business.
