We visited Saturday 1st at 2pm, and booked 3 high teas of which 1 was selected to be gluten free. As I booked this for a friend's birthday, I tried to phone the day before to ensure that the birthday girls tea was gluten free and hadn't been missed. Nobody answered, voicemail said to email the info line which I did. Still haven't received a response. Arrive, and they had missed the gluten free order. When the food arrived, the waiter advised there was a selected couple of items on the plate that were gluten free..... she ate those items and then felt hot, flustered and uncomfortable and she believed it was due to a gluten reaction. Customer service is poor! The sun was also beaming through the window and it was rather hot, I asked if the blind by us could be pulled down to be told the previous owners lost the remote?! Not sure I will rush back, which is a shame as I regularly stop for coffee. Terri
