We had lunch here today, it was lovely! Our server (Dom) was very knowledgeable on what was gf, and had the chef make potato chip crusted parmesan chicken(DELICIOUS), and he brought out potato chips for me to eat instead of bread! I am a very very very sensitive celiac, and I did not get sick! Highly recommend! All sauces and dressings are gluten free!

Was walking down the strip prior to our Cirque show. Stopped here as it looked good and had a menu with prices on them. Ordered the chicken Parmesan with truffle garlic bread as an appetizer. Bread was amazing fluffy and crunchy. The chicken and pasta was in the best gluten free pasta sauce my girlfriend has had in years Portions were big enough to share that being said we weren’t extremely hungry and not used to American portions.

Service was great, and a great view over looking the strip. Food was a let down. NY Steak was really tough and they did not remove the hard stalks from the end of the asparagus which is almost unforgivable. My wifes gluten free pasta was over cooked iwhich was disappointing. Maybe we were unlucky but we won’t be back .
