Called to check if they had gluten free options and was told anything could be made gluten free. However that was not the case. Old Maggies offered GF crab cakes - not now. I was left with one appetizer, potato skins (none of the others could be made GF) and a salad. I didn’t say anything about the salad but all of us said it smelled terrible and tasted the same. I couldn’t eat it. The wine selection is cheap such as Cavit at $7.50 a glass when a bottle is $12.00. Headache material. Stella Artois beers were warm and we were told no one ever drinks them so they don’t refrigerate many. Overall a very disappointing evening out with company. Mostly I didn’t appreciate the lack of concern or effort made with my GF needs. After several frustrating tries to find something to eat, I finally ask the waitress if she wanted me to die in her restaurant from eating gluten. Also, she was the bartender as well and although she did work as quicky as possible, we waited a long time for service. Food came out quickly but honestly too quickly for dishes ordered. They must have been precooked fish and meats and heated up. Disgusting.
