It is beef in Panang curry paste, lime leaf, coconut milk, palm sugar, fish sauce, and peanut butter. Served with steamed rice. We ordered a Chu Chee Curry with a Fried Catfish Fillet. That was insanely delicious!!! Imagine... a Deep fried catfish filet on thick curry made with red curry paste, coconut milk, oyster flavored sauce, sugar, bell pepper, lime leaf. Served with steamed rice. A definite must try!!! Awarded 2024 Best Dish of the year by the City of Tustin!
