Today I had the pleasure of trying out Momofuku noodle bar, and it was an absolute delight.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me with gluten free friendly option. I definitely reccomend the green salad and the ginger scallion. My friend loved the roasted Shiitake buns and the smocked pork ramen. I will come back next time I am in New York.

Don't walk by this place if you are gluten free! They can sub rice for the barley noodles. I got the ginger scallion bowl. I don't even like mushrooms much but I gave it a chance and ate the entire thing. They accommodated my vegan gluten free diet easily and quickly.
